Holistic Support, Not Medical Treatment – I understand that the services provided by Tracy Lipskey are holistic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. These services are complementary to, but not a substitute for, professional medical care.

2. Personal Responsibility – I take full responsibility for my own health, well-being, and choices. Any guidance, techniques, or recommendations provided are intended to support my personal growth and healing journey, and I am responsible for how I integrate them into my life.

3. Confidentiality – I acknowledge that any personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law.

4. Consent for Communication – I consent to receiving emails, texts, or calls related to scheduling, follow-ups, and wellness resources. I understand I can opt out at any time.

5. Results May Vary – I recognize that healing is a personal and individualized process, and outcomes will differ based on my unique circumstances, openness, and commitment to the process. No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

6. Financial Policy – I understand that all services are prepaid or due at the time of service, and refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Any cancellations must adhere to the practice’s cancellation policy.
